Good evening from Cardiganshire in Wales

As I have Joe as a friend on Facebook, it only seemed reasonable that I became a member. Wales is part of the United Kingdom (the section between England and the Irish Sea) with Cardiganshire being one of the westernmost counties of Wales. To the best of my knowledge, Cardiganshire has failed to produce any muscle champions (in either weightlifting, powerlifting or bodybuilding) but Wales has been very productive indeed in the past producing the likes of James "Flex" Lewis (Mr. Olympia 212 winner 2012 - 2018), Paul Grant (President of the Welsh Federation of Bodybuilders 1978 - 2003), David Morgan (six times Commonwealth Games weightlifting medallist) and Gary Taylor (1993 World's Strongest Man)

Is that the same as Moldova (the country that gave us two outings of the SunStroke Project and DoResDos's wonderful demonstration of how to use doors at Eurovision)?

welcome harry, one other bodybuilder from wales was the junior mr britain of 1966 donald randige. you may have not heard of him as ,to my knowledge he never competed again.he was and still is, the only junior to sport a full beard.he was a sensation amongs the spectators, his beard and facial resemblance was being compared to steve reeves when steve was in the hercules films.
